Contains: One month supply contains 8 drinking ampoules á 6ml and 30 capsules.
Suggested Intake:
Take one drinking ampoule twice a week before or with a meal. Ideally you should drink CELLFIT in the morning as during the day metabolism is more active and nutrients are better distributed in the body. It is recommended to keep the content of the ampoule for several seconds in the mouth before swallowing as the active substance is already absorbed via the oral mucosa.
Take one capsule a day before or with a meal with sufficient liquid. The capsules can be taken together with the drinking ampoules.
